The National and State Executives of the Third Phase Presidential Amnesty Programme, under the leadership of General Elaye Slaboh, have congratulated the Administrator of the Programme, Chief Dr. Dennis Brutu Otuaro, on his two years of dedicated service in office.

The executives conveyed their congratulatory message through the National Publicity Secretary of the programme, Chief Inko Brightstar, popularly known as General Whoknows Tomorrow. In the statement, they described Dr. Otuaro as a leader divinely sent to reposition and restore the once troubled programme.

“Leadership is truly defined by the difference it makes in people’s lives. Today, we celebrate two years of purposeful and impactful leadership by Dr. Dennis Brutu Otuaro, whose vision continues to inspire hope within the programme and across the entire Niger Delta region.

Your firm belief in education as a powerful tool for empowerment has opened opportunities for over 8,000 students studying both within Nigeria and abroad, thereby strengthening the future of our region. Your continuous engagement with critical stakeholders has also helped sustain peace, unity, and stability across the Niger Delta.

Your open and inclusive leadership style reflects humility and a genuine commitment to service. As you mark this important milestone, we pray for greater wisdom, strength, and grace for the journey ahead.”

The Third Phase leadership further called on the President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, His Excellency President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, to disregard calls from certain selfish individuals seeking the termination of Dr. Dennis Brutu Otuaro’s appointment as Administrator of the programme.

According to the leadership, such individuals previously exploited the Amnesty Office for personal gain and should be regarded as enemies of the progress and development of the Niger Delta region.
