nConfirming the arrest on Wednesday, the Sokoto State Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Ahmed Rufai, told our correspondent that the suspect had been charged to court.
nRufai said the arrest followed investigations into Abubakar’s alleged activities and links with criminal elements.
nHe added that the command would continue to act against individuals suspected of aiding criminal activities in the state.
