Infinix has made a significant foray into the premium photography space as of early 2026, with the launch of the Note 60 Ultra at MWC 2026 being a notable highlight, marking a shift from its previous focus on budget-friendly performance to high-resolution sensors and periscope lenses that rival more expensive flagships.

The brand's 2026 lineup boasts an array of impressive camera capabilities, with several models standing out for their exceptional photography features, including the Infinix Note 60 Ultra, Infinix Zero Ultra 2 5G, Infinix Zero 40, and the Infinix GT 30 Pro and GT 50 Pro.

The Infinix Note 60 Ultra, launched in March 2026, is currently the gold standard for Infinix photography, featuring a "Uni-Chassis" camera module developed in collaboration with Pininfarina, where the lenses sit flush under a single sheet of Gorilla Glass Victus.

This flagship model boasts a 200MP Samsung ISOCELL HPE main sensor with an f/1.7 aperture, utilizing the XDR Image Engine to handle challenging lighting conditions such as sunsets, and also features a 50MP periscope lens offering 3.5x optical zoom and up to 100x digital zoom.

The Infinix Note 60 Ultra also includes an 8MP ultrawide lens with a 112° field of view and a 32MP selfie camera, making it ideal for professional-grade mobile photography and long-range zooming.

The Infinix Zero Ultra 2 5G, released in early 2026, remains the brand's primary focus for content creators, with a 200MP main sensor featuring Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS) and enhanced AI visual stabilisation for video recording.

This model is specifically marketed for video creators, featuring 4K recording capabilities on both front and rear cameras, as well as a high-resolution sensor with dual-LED flash for selfies, making it suitable for videography and high-detail social media content.

The Infinix Zero 40 is a strong contender in 2026, boasting a 108MP main sensor with OIS, a 50MP ultrawide sensor, and a 50MP front camera capable of 4K/60fps recording, making it ideal for selfies and wide-angle landscape shots.

The Infinix GT 30 Pro and GT 50 Pro, while gaming-focused, have surprisingly capable optics, with main sensors of 108MP and 50MP respectively, and AI-driven "Super Night" modes to compensate for smaller sensors, making them suitable for casual photography between gaming sessions.
